At Care & Co, we believe that meaningful support begins with connection. We are a collaborative group of therapists, coaches, and wellness providers who share one mission: to offer care that is intentional, connected, and empowering for individuals, families, and the communities we serve.

Meet the Team

Meet the compassionate providers who bring the CARE Approach to life through connected, intentional support

Founder:

Bailey Mitchell, LCMFT-S, developed the CARE Approach as a way to help parents, children, and families grow with greater understanding and connection. Rooted in developmental insight and brain-based science, her framework offers practical tools, grounded in perspective, that strengthen relationships and build lasting skills. Over time, Bailey thoughtfully expanded the CARE curriculum beyond the therapy room—adapting it to serve schools, corporations, community organizations, and service-based industries—so that more people could benefit from intentional, compassionate, and empowering care.

Director of Operations and Outreach:

Laura Ellis brings a relationship-centered approach to her role as Director of Operations & Outreach. With experience in human relations, leadership development, behavioral health, and K–12 education, she is skilled at building supportive systems that help people thrive.

Her background as a family coach—with advanced training in emotional and behavioral support, parent coaching, and executive function skills—gives her a compassionate, developmentally informed lens in all she does.
