Meet the Team
Meet the compassionate providers who bring the CARE Approach to life through connected, intentional support
BAILEY MITCHELL
Founder
LCMFT-S
Bailey, LCMFT-S, developed the CARE Approach as a way to help parents, children, and families grow with greater understanding and connection. Rooted in developmental insight and brain-based science, her framework offers practical tools, grounded in perspective, that strengthen relationships and build lasting skills. Over time, Bailey thoughtfully expanded the CARE curriculum beyond the therapy room—adapting it to serve schools, corporations, community organizations, and service-based industries—so that more people could benefit from intentional, compassionate, and empowering care.
